Using the Arts with Young People at
Risk Artsplan are delivering this established one day
course on 23rd September 2010, 10am - 4:15pm at BALTIC Centre for
Contemporary Art, Gateshead
Using the Arts to Develop Aspiration, Leadership and
Potential Suitable for anyone, professional or voluntary,
seeking to use or develop the arts in their work with young people. It
looks to demonstrate how the arts can be used as a mechanism to develop
young people's leadership skills, aspiration and potential.
Musical Furtures in Practice 3 For those
already running Musical Futures, the aim of this course is to encourage
delegates to consider how to fully embed the Musical Futures
philosophy/ethos across a musical department, as well as to explore how to
increase students' musical skills prior to Musical Futures work.
